आज लोकडाउन का अट्ठाइसवां दिन,
आज मैं आंगन में पेड़ की छांव में बैठी,
छांव तो कम थी, परन्तु पेड़ ने पेछा,
उदास क्यों हो..?
मैने बताया एक ही जगह सुबह से शाम-
हो जाती है, मैं तो बोर हो जाती हूँ,
पेड़ ने कहा मेरी तरह खुश रहो,
मैं तो सालों से एक ही जगह पर हूँ,
बस आप सभी को देखकर खुश होता हूँ,
मुझे उसकी बात से सांत्वना मिली,
और मैने उसे धन्यवाद कहा, और-
टहलने लगी, कुछ देर बाद अंदर गई,
मेरे चेहरे पर उदासी नहीं, खुशी थी..।
