Someone recently asked me,
It is advised to drink lukewarm water for health..
some say, lemon,
some say ginger, flax seed, cumin/coriander, basil/chia seeds
to mint/curry leaf
Which one to do?
Today I was thinking about this and my reply is,
I am not sure..๐
But I certainly do realise that, there is one thing common to all

when you put in the effort to make that combination
And take explicit time out to sit and feel the process by pausing the rest of your morning activities,
and think and believe in the positive impact of the steps while you sip in the hot water...
Half of the work is done ๐โ๏ธ
This isn't magic, this is mindfulness and being present in the moment ๐
Now, the next point is
How magical will it be to practice the same to the rest of our day, day in and day out ๐
