But it's not right to take the burden of it

You are human and you will fall apart someday
But you don't deserve a punishment for eternity

You might have moved on from numerous heart breaks.
But, you will never be yourself if you don't conquer your demons!

When you have no one to sing a lullaby, put music on your phone and sleep
When you don't have anyone to tuck you in, do it by yourself
If you don't have a shoulder to cry upon, cry with your shadow
After all, you will always be alone even in a crowd

It's okay to be scared of affection and it's okay to be afraid of intimacy
We all have our fears but being afraid of emotions
is the worst of all.
But, that's what makes you a human who can still feel, even if it's fear and anguish

Aren't there any tears behind that cheering facade?
Doesn't your shattered being search for affection?
Aren't there any words behind your silence?
Have all your scars healed, the ones on your soul?
Don't you feel the pain of the thorns and knives?
