Bear the cross, and then you shall wear the crown. There is eternal life to be gained, freely given to the obedient, and a self to lose also.

A writer ,a poet
Humbled
A learner
Probation is coming to a close.
Awake, you who are asleep!
Arise from the dead,
And Christ will give you light.
Get oil for your lamps,
So you will not run out.
Look for oil,
So we do not miss our Saviour,
And the door is shut.
Our knocking will be in vain,
And the Blessed, now Glorious One,
Will proclaim, "Depart from me."
What a day of suffering it shall be;
A day of agony and distress!-
Am weighed in the balances
And found wanting,
Undesirable, gone wrong;
Not good, bad.
But, in the midst of all these,
The good in me cries out,
The Spirit of God yearns jealously for a communion,
It seeks attention.
Better I hear it out before I perish.-
WHO IS HE?
Who is he that is perfect?
Let him be perfected in the the love of God.
Who is he that stands?
Let him take heed lest he fall.
Who is he that's high minded?
Let him have the mind of Christ.
Who is he that seeketh vain things?
Let him seek the eternal things.
Who is he that glories in himself?
Let him glory in God.
Who is he that wasteth his time in frivolity?
Let him redeem time, for the days are evil.-
Brothers and Sisters we are vulnerable to the Deceiver (Satan, Lucifer—that old wily serpent called the devil). And I say we are more vulnerable to him, if we are not in Christ.

One had to be lost,
To be searched for,
One who was in bondage,
Had to be free.-
One Hand clasps upon us
And bids us look up,
While another is after us
To bring us down to dust.
But my soul shall look to the upward call
Of God in Christ Jesus.
Through the power given me from on high I shall resist the Devil;
Who roams about like a roaring lion,
Seeking whom he may devour.
But his portion is reserved, together with his rebellious throng of angels,
Which is the fires of hell.
And a glorious hope awaits who believe,
And have faith in Christ Jesus —as Saviour and Lord;
Who is eternal life, reigning with Him
Forever and ever, where peace and rest abides.
Pain, sorrow, distress, tribulations, crying and death will be no more.
Sabbath after Sabbath, eternity to eternity, they shall rejoice and glory in God the Father and Jesus Christ His Son—The lamb slain, that we may live.

O LORD God of my Salvation and Saviour Jesus Christ; to whom shall I liken you? Surely your mercies endure forever; your throne eternal. The grass shall wither but the Word of God,endures forever. He was in the beginning with God and shall be even to the end of age. Of Himself He speaks "before Abraham was, I am" . Behold how humble He was, that He may be exalted after obediently working the will of His Father: "made a little lower than angels." Receive Him that you may live, even to rejoice in the gift of God of eternal life that is given through Him: who is Life, Truth and the Way.

How can a man be perfect?
By taking heed according to God's word.
Sanctifying himself with Truth;
For God's Word is Truth.
Truth which in due time sets us free,
From all bondage of sin and wickedness and transgressions.-
And this is life eternal: that they may know you the only true God and Jesus Christ whom you sent.
