जो मची है हलचल इस पेट में?

ख़बर मिलेगी थोड़ी देर में...
दिन बीते,
हफ़्ते गुज़रे,
फिर आई तारीख़ — सात अगस्त।

चलो, मिलें उस नन्हे परिंदे से,
जो बन गया है हमारे भीतर एक कवच।
सुनो ज़रा, ये धड़कन उसकी,
देखो न —
मस्त मचल रहा

खूब खुल्ला है आसमाँ
तबियत से पैर पसारना
खूब बड़ा है आसमाँ
इसमें तुम तेर-मेर ना करना
इसका हिस्सा इतना
उतना हिस्सा किसका
इस गति पर ना तुम चलना
खूब नीला है आसमाँ
बादलों की सजावट पे ना तुम इठलाना
आज हवा से यहाँ
कल पानी सा बरसा
किसका कितना हिस्सा
तुम इसमें मत उलझना
खूब खुल्ला है आसमाँ
तबियत से पैर पसारना

हमे गुमसुम देख हमसे हमारा हाल ना पूछना
तुम्हारा इतना पूछना ही हमारा सब्र का बांध हिला देगा
फिर आँखो में नादिया
और दिल में समंदर की लहरे होंगी
सिसकियों में छिपी कुछ बातें गहरी होंगी
गले लगाना पर आहिस्ता
तुम्हारे छूने से कुछ कड़ियाँ कमजोर
और ज़िंदगानी मजबूत होगी
ध्यान रखना के घड़ियाँ थम ना जाए
कहीं कुछ लम्हों के लिए हमारी साँसे थम ना जाए
सीने के क़रीब रखना हमें
जब तक इस शरीर में रूह चहक ना जाए!

वो काँच से मोती
जब अकेले में निकले
रूह को रूह से रूबरू करा गए
के जो समेट रखी थीं कई वजह तहों में
आज इन मोतियों ने उस खाई की गहराई माप दी
वो काँच से मोती आज इस क़दर चमके
के महीनों की छिपी ख्वाहिशों और शिकायतों
एक साथ रोशन हो गईं
जब किसी ने यूँ पूछा के हाल कैसा है
तब वो बहती नदी के माफ़िक़
और मदमस्त छलक उठे

फिर भी जंगल अभी बाक़ी हैं
हासिल किए कई मुकाम

गिर के उठे कई बार
फिर भी रूह का स्थापित होना बाक़ी है
किस्से कई, कई कहानियाँ हुईं
किताबें छपनी अभी बाक़ी हैं
कई लगाई डुबकियाँ
फिर भी समंदर को पार करना अभी बाक़ी है
कभी तिनके ने संभाला
कभी ख़ुद ने संभाला
जीवन का रस अभी आना बाक़ी है
