I think a lot in the middle of the night
Of the paths that I took in the life
Would have it made any difference
If only I would have travelled the roads not taken

I always took the path that looked green and flabby
The comfort and easy were always my priority
Seasons changed and grass was gone
Now I stand in mud all alone

I wonder how others have felt
who took roads made of charcol and stones
It sure wasn't easy to sail
But they would have kept moving be it dust or rain

They were called warriors who fought and won
Be it war or life we live on
I want to be one of them who died with a smile
Not with regrets and emptiness in life

It won't be easy I know for sure
But easy won't take me anywhere
For once I want to reach a height
From where all my paths can be in sight

Then it won't matter how I have made it
I made it that ll be all.

Walked this path over and over
Words won't cut me now forever
Saying you love me won't make a difference
Better you start showing and i ll stop repellence

Dont make any promises I don't want you to bind
Breathe with me and always be kind
I could see your intentions loud and clear
So please always keep your conscience clear

Why do you love me? Is a question you will hear a lot.
It has nothing to do with you I am always in self doubt.
carrying a baggage of lies and hurt
expecting you to reduce them not to add

I know I am a lot to take on
Door is always open if you want to move on
As I said I have walked this path over and over
Hoping every time this will be my last and forever.
