In our life, we have three types of tasks, jobs etc. Three types of questions we get and answers we have to think.

Doable: You have right skills, capabilities and experience to handle.

Stretch: You have right skills, capabilities and experience but you have to take more efforts, do some research and find the solution based on your skills, capabilities and experience you have.

Possibility: This is a new territory for you. Your skills, experience and capabilities may not work. You have to reinvent here. This is outer limit of achievement. This is growth mindset. You have to stretch beyond your imagination. You don’t get ready made answers.

First two are easy and everybody does that. If you want to do something extraordinary, find out your possibilities.
