No expectations,
Only surprises!

Doctor- the dictionary says, “The one who is trained in medicine”,
But I feel, the one who is trained in the art of healin',
From listening with patience to calming patients' anxious mind,
spending the whole life in this tiresome grind.
Even after striving to treat the cause,
some are beaten instead of getting applause.

But there is a conspicuous element of splendour,
wearing that white apron, stethoscope and palpating the abdomen tender.
I feel proud to be a part of this beautiful family,
So wishing with glee,

To all the doctors out there,
“HAPPY DOCTOR'S DAY!”

DREAM: A commencement of that path

Be it night, noon or day time,
Everyone owns that precious gem,
Gem: for giving a great motivation to them!

Some see them,
While some have them.
With a will to fulfil it,
Some wake up to the sound of alarm,
While some sleep to see 'em!

Everyone has a right to have it,
And everyone has a duty to execute it,
Be it failure or success,
Never leave that path,
Path: That will lead to success!

Like sun, don't lose that charm;
Whenever it rises or goes down,
Impels people to hold it in their palm,
And click pictures in every town!

Let's fend,
As each path is tend to end!

This new year I wish,

All those worse days never come again,
And those good days come,
Even becoming the best ones!
