On the other side of town a neglected lover
Sits in an abandoned hope
Counting dreams of forgotten memories
Wiping streaks of mascara of her cheeks
Further discoloring her shirt with ever flowing tears of self pity
Misplaced admiration and empty promises
Held together by 3 strong words I love you
She says she's fine but I can see the hurt in her eyes
A child crying inside but no one can hear a broken heart
She is fragile, delicate, hopeful, beautiful Woman
when all hope seemed lost a sharp whisper of consolation echoes her frontal lobe
from a source she does not know
but a trust worthy voice
A believable voice saying "you are enough"
Water retreats down her cheeks as she thanks the stranger and asks "who are you?"
"I'm just a traveler. Be well"

Dark shades of sound fill the emptiness of the night as the street corner merchant provides potions to another lost soul.
He starts to question the hand in life he's been dealt
He wants to break free
As the last exchange is made
peace call is now quieted by the sound silent hum of an automatic Trigger stuttering but he isn't fazed by this
He simply closes shop and greets the ground a familiar face
With eyes closed he prays for the gunman with the God complex
Seconds pass the fireworks cease he is then helped up
"Who are you? Where did you come from?" Asked the merchant
"Me!?"I'm just a traveling man?"

You became the colours I dream in
Embodiment of my deepest desires
An overdose of serotonin
You are my L.S.D

It's ok to lose; reassess and focus on the next.
However
Lose the regret, shed the victim mindset, because in this puzzle of life
They don't match
Cast aside the fake you from the real
That overzealous ambition yinno
That sunny disposition
Bring back the pieces that make us whole.-
I'm not sure which is most precious
The sun piercing through the clouds
the sun kiss glow of your roused face
Or the matching passport covers you insisted we buy
Hours go by as we wait to begin our story anew
This time let's alone be the authors
Just us two-
Monolid eyes accentuated by a ecstasy induced gaze
I'm left frozen in time
Hands locked to emphasize security
The sweet aroma of her essence penetrates the air
One can only lose their sanity
when the echoes of flesh vocalizes itself
We are left in a trance
No words but we both knew tonight you are mine
-
Stand firm on thine decision
Set thyself in position
To be a testament of promise
Faith it's requisite
Patience it's medium
Remission thee cessation-
My new prison is Shame
Judgement I await in chain
A cell of sin keeps me detained
Salvation I pray to obtain
My Warden is you God
Repentance my plea
Verdict.. let's just wait and see-
"Are you ready for your blessing?"
"Are you ready for your miracle?"
The lines from your favorite song
You were and will forever be a miracle
The blessing
was that I could call you my brother
Rest easy🕊️

The dead of winter is warm
To the chill of her stare
As the God fearing story teller takes straight shots of reality
He is haunted by his past mistakes
He'll soon find himself conflicted
Though he thinks he walks a straight line
The path is uprooted
Decisions that were made
None to benefit his ambitions
But to please the need of flesh
With this he finds sinful bliss
Tis the Season for change-
