सिखा दिया दुनिया ने मन्न बहलाने वाली बस एक खिलौना हूँ मैं
सिखा दिया अपनो ने टूटा हुआ बस एक रिश्ता हूँ मैं
दिखा दिया सपनो ने इस भीड़ में दब्ब जाने वाली बस एक चीख हूँ मैं ||

Pain in his heart,
Emptiness in his soul,
Thought of snatching a family member would rip him apart.
Taking away flawless, vital hand from a daughter's head would break his heart.
Wouldn't a fate of a beloved wife leave him in tears?
How would he kill a dying love?
That's thought to send from above.
If Yama had emotions and he went through all these motions;
Autumns won't end and springs wouldn't stop.
So,
He must pretend he's a strong head.
But what he never tells them
Is that he cry for them everyday
Is that he has come only
For their liberation from this
Materialistic world
To break the chain of
Temporary attachments
To unify us, to make us one
With the ever lasting
Almighty above.
