The Jamia protest!
I really had made my mind to not say anything about it, but the tabloids and a few posts on yourquote really got me furious. Why is it in this country that nation always takes the back seat and cheap politics over religion is celebrated? They say shame on Delhi police for what they are doing and what about the students? is it correct to protest violently? to damage national property? we have the Hong kong example they also are protesting but without causing any damage and violence. Just because they are students it doesn't mean they can act in whatever manner they want and escape it by playing the victim card, constitution gives them the right to speech not the right to violence. I condemn the Jamia protest not just for this but also for they are not in favour of one religion but are against My Country. Also they are not students as they reflect no sign of being educated.

VC Sajjanar, The real life hero... he is the one who led the encounter of the 4 Hyderabad case criminals... He led a similar encounter in Warangal in the year 2008 when he shot 3 sinners who acid attacked 2 college going girls...
My utmost respect to this Brave officer.
when the courts are lethargic,
and the judiciary long dead,
when the government is busy playing politics
and the media unscrupulous,
justice comes in khaakhi with pumped chest and broad shoulders and stars adorning the pride.

when my father gifted me a diary when I was in 5th standard... a lovely red diary.
I remember framing my first ever literary work, a poem along with my friend during the lunch break and a free hour.
I opened it today and the title read "My life",
And it's funny that we used simile, alliteration and onomatopoeia.
The poem today might not be much appreciable, and that how badly we failed on attempting philosophy. But a younger me should be applauded for the confidence and the naive try.
It's awe-inspiring of how simple and insouciant life was.
The poem baught a gush of acute nostalgia back from the golden days and took me back to where we all need to visit more often 'childhood',

The Hyderabad rape case just got me pondering on this one thing...
what if the news wouldn't have spread like the wild fire as it did? what if it was suppressed under the red tapes like the lakhs of other cases?
Our so called awakened conscious would have still been into a death sleep.
We are all to be blamed for this, we all should be held accountable for not just Dr. Reddy but all the unfortunate others, had the candle march and the aggression after Nirbhaya in 2012 not stopped, until a serious amendment was made in the law book to take this as the most heinous and atrocious crime and that the culprits should be awarded nothing but a ' Savage death penalty'. The statistics for the rape cases would't have been this appalling.
Why is it that our conscious is awakened only when another innocent life is sacrificed and is on the tabloids fetching money and TRP's for the sadist opportunist's.
It's high time for us to manifest the power we the people hold, and blow life into the dead judiciary. As dead judiciary acts as immunity to these sinners.
