Deja Vu
The night we met
the wind blew in high spirits,
I clutched my heart
For I heard it beating so hard
Today too, the night coupled
The wind was ferocious
I still clutched my heart
For I heard it beating same as before
Deja Vu,
Of same flooded feelings
Yet, different emotions
It was Goodbye afterall.

Dreams
Born out of wedlock,
Conceived by the heart and her pragmatic partner
I was the love child of an endless affair
Loved in secrecy, easily given up at despair
Still I stay waiting ....
Maybe one day I would be accepted.
-
With each stitch to shape me
On your words,
Hanging vaguely like ,
A thin line between a
Fog and smog
Thinking it was a fog,
When it was nothing but,
A smog engulfing and suffocating me
Slowly yet strongly
Yet so unknowingly
Till I started spitting blood,
And I questioned,
The love I had
Realising it was injurious to health
I shifted cities. (Chingu)

Like a Butterfly 🦋
Ah!
You are like the butterfly
For I fear, as I touch you
You would fly away
And,
All I will have are, the
Specks of your memories,
On my fingertips, haunting
Me everyday
-
SLEEPING
To think of it,
We all are sleeping,
Till our dreams become a reality
It is then,
We are truly awake
-
Rainbow
And if you haven't realized it yet,
The whole world was,
is and always will be,
Drowned in the colors of the Rainbow!
The world you so love
Was always the color of the rainbow
The moment it was created
For you and me
And yet you are repulsive,
With these shades
When it is laid up on,
The flags of sexuality
-
When Spring came,
I realized,
I died again in age, in winter
And my bones were like,
Haggered trees, fighting the cold
To the survived me,
I am thankful for not crumbling and falling
Even if my confidence had fallen like the autumn leaves.
-
It was love at first sight!
She said..
What about when you look in the mirror?
Do you hopelessly fall in love with,
Who you are?
I asked...
-
I planted the seeds of Happiness,
Out in the open,
Among the trees, among the rivers
Within things, within hearts
Yet..it didn't grow
All I was left with,
a few more seeds
And I took a risk
And planted it within me.
To the astonishment of my heart
It became a tree
It became a shade for me.

Yes! Let yourself out,
Of the cocoon of the society
Whose silken comforts
Made you forget, you own wings
