Dear me,
You are always ready to help others, helping others is good ...but you need to know when to help... helping others leaving your work behind, regretting later is not good.
Delay of your work will make you unhappy. You need to learn the small fact of life that, One can't make others happy, until and unless if he is not happy .
I am not telling you to not help others, but helping others at expense of your work is sometimes dangerous .
So, learn the art to say "No"...,
Saying "No" sometimes is not bad at all.
