भेजा है, भाई, लिफ़ाफे में डाल तुम्हारे ही पास।

हर बार तो ख़ाली हो जाती थी ये थाली मेरी
ये कैसे रह गए दो इस बार..
हाय! ये क्यूं रह गए दो इस बार।
मन विचलित है, ढह रहा है
कैसे भेजूं भैया इनको तुम्हारे द्वार।

एक से ना पूछ पायी
उन तक रखी पहुंचने की ख़बर..

कैसे गिनती कर दूं इन धागों की कम?

अब भी बांधूंगी हर साल राखी तुमको,
