قوم کی سرشت قبولیت آمیز (acceptive)ہوتی ہیں۔عام مشاہدہ ہے کہ اس میں موجوہ نظام(Status quo) کو عموماً قبول کرنے کا رجحان ہوتا ہے۔لیکن قوم میں کچھ حساس طبیعتیں بھی ہوتیں ہیں۔ جو بر وقت نظام کے بگاڑ اورظلم سے قوم کو ناصرف خبردار بلکہ اٹھ کھڑا ہونے کا حوصلا بھی دیتے ہیں۔
