Had it been Death
I would have greeted...
welcomed with a hug.
It's an art of life, Instead.

Surge of whims arise
swaying adrift.
Dreaming of moonlight,
I fleet...witnessing the shifts.

Had it been Death
I would have smiled,
for I've been rotten n left
to see ones shadows die.

Feathers once so high
I now see they're drowned
All I ever jagged is 'Why?'
facing Life, I only hovered on 'How?'

It's been a while
Since I've written,
to read my life...
to be my witness.
It's been a while
Since I've lived.

And this moment
here I'm, so high!
Seeking to vent,
those obscuring lies...
It's been a while
that I've felt my senses.

Days passing on...
Couple of souls gone
Whispers, I heard...
"Life just ran"

Is it all I learnt?
and I've yawned
hoping for a new dawn.

Just one more day Man!
Let the moon rain
and never look back.

I could smell the grief in air
Mourns aloud in silence
Everything, so heavy to bear
Only answer found was 'Distance'
I could still smell the grief air holds.

Let the rage burn me until my soul is
purified by the helpless truth!

Have patience until the truth surfaces

Rising... Is it too hard?
"Never really understood",
said the heart...
"It's just a trick brat",
argued the head.

It wasn't so easy chosing one
Facts over the thoughts
Toxic fruits over rotten health
Innocent heart over spoiled head
It wasn't easy chosing one...

Waves wished not to return
leaving the feet trembled,
Whilst the whales in darkness
struggled to break through

Rising wasn't easy...

I linger in the chaos
Like breeze I hit but hide
Away from the world
my soul has been sold
skipping into the vaccum.

Privacy, a luxury not many can afford.
A few still get lucky enough to have it...
Perhaps only to ruin themselves at times

This January

I hope to lead life forward this January.
I wish to work little hard this January.

I dream of a better world, to be butterfly.
Wishing to fly, I watered this January.

Dawn again! I see the rays of new beginnings,
& swapped junk food with salad this January.

Seems mirror now smiles at the new human
for all tears I smoldered this January

Still wishing to hold life with my Tiny Sparkle
Began to ink tales unheard this January.
