It's not just a notion when we say
"words hold the power to uplift or decay,"
This is what The Word implores us to do everyday.
Words are like seeds, so don't speak until you weigh
your words, silent spaces also echo the sentiments words convey.
Don't forget that your words are powerful, so come what may,
if something you'll say will tear down someone's spirit, just lay
down your weapon- your tongue- and instead, pray.

There's beauty in the way God carries us;
