You gave me Root canal treatment, Fluoride, a restorative crown covers. My cavities were filled with Amalgam. My calculus was removed by scaling. My Aphthous ulcer needs Aftab.

You can give me general Anesthesia use Titanium, Prosthesis, implant or complete Denture.

Orofacial clefts needs a treatment for us to be closed. I know I have Bruxism and I need Bonding and Bridge.

I know sometimes I ditch my appointments for that I am really sorry but I need complete Antibiotics Prophylaxis.

I know I am hard to treat but please don't give up
on me. I need you to complete my treatment course.

My Dear Doctor,

My unsaid words are like Sjogren syndrome which causes Dryness in your efforts. Now Abscess is built within our relationship. Biopsy might be needed to find the exact problems. We can do Bite-wing x-ray, Periapical x-ray or radiography.

Molars are missing, Incisors are in bad shape and canines are all ups and downs.

Now by your examination I came to know that I got Pulpits, Calculus, Plaque and have Tartar on my heart. I am filled with Mucin. Even I got Aphthous ulcer, Halitosis, Gingivitis and orofacial clefts.

When I first started taking treatment
from you I though you're just
like other Doctors but now
you're my Periodontist,
my orthodontist,
my Prosthodontist and
my Endodontics.
