कभी कभी बस खो जाती हूं ....
ज़िन्दगी की नांव में,
रिश्तों के तनाव में,
जिम्मेदारियों के बहाव में,
और दूसरों के सुझाव में...

क्योंकि अब चांद की चांदनी से ज़्यादा,
मुझे सूरज का ताप सुहाना लगता है,
क्या करूं इस दिल का,
जिसे प्यार में सिर्फ तुम,
और बाकी सारा ज़माना, बेगाना लगता है ।

गुस्से की आग में जलते जलते,
ना जाने कब वो राख़ हो गई ।
गुस्ताख़ी कर दुनिया से,
समय रहते बेबाक हो गई ।।

Inner rage and mushed up fears
No one surrounds me to hear
Heat rush and high blood flow
Stacked up emotions, about to blow
My heart goes numb and wants to transpire
But,
FIRE ! FIRE ! IS ALL I DESIRE

सख्ती भी सिखाउंगी,
भक्ती भी कराउंगी,
बिखर के संभल जाऊं,
ऐसी शक्ति भी दिखाउंगी ।

Her eyes are a magic,
Her mood a little tragic..
Her vibes do the talking,
But words always mocking..

Her aura so light,
That people around her fright..
Crazy spells she casts,
Probable to last,
Awaiting her plus one with all her might,
Yet she's referred to as, Ms. Uptight !

I tried and cried
But I can't write...
Those empty feelings,
Made my heart, wrench tight !

Can't think of words,
Can't frame sentences,
Forget about rhymes and poetries,
I feel hollow with the ideology of nuances

He was broken,
She was hollow.
Their fates knit them together,
Guiding their hearts to follow..
Following eachother, to unveil this mystery,
That caused thermal reactions with their terrific chemistry

Triggering memories of the past,
Unfolding, as they last..
Happy, peaceful, lovable times..
We were living together, like chimes !
Learning to enjoy each other's company,
We orchestrated slow but in symphony..
Memories we couldn't create before,
Have now left our hearts sore..
Moments now lost,
Are the moments we wish to live!
Only if fate gives us another chance,
Reliving this day from previous year is what I wish,
Anxious enough to remember my heart's desire,
It was, Our Last Bonfire!

कलयुग में श्रवण भी वो,
बेटा-बेटी में फ़र्क मिटाने वाली,
इस युग में जन्मी है वो ।।
बुलंद भी वो,
लाचार भी वो,
हार ना माने,
ऐसी तलवार भी वो ।।
मरहम भी वो,
और घाव भी वो,
बिन बादल, बरसात भी वो ।।
