If your team is happy with you, you are the leader. If your team is NOT happy with you, you are a BOSS.

If you are limiting yourself with a small mindset that you cannot achieve extraordinary things - remember - everyone who made it big in their lives started very small once. Don't handcuff your thoughts and become a prisoner of your own negative assumptions. You are made to achieve great heights and create miracles. Don't become a fool trying to believe what others are saying about you. Trust yourself and keep working on your skills. Learning is a never ending process. Give it a shot - again - even if you have failed hundred times - by changing the strategy.

Life is not about having it all easy. Life is about struggle. When you get something without struggle, you don't value it much. When you work hard for something and get it, you are more content. Life is about being content with what you have rather than crying about what you cannot have.

Times are tough and so should you be. Trust me - we all can overcome this pandemic together. I know we all are broken but then, you don't know what you are made of - unless you are broken. My words may fall short of empathy but I wanted to let you know - we all are stronger than we can ever imagine. Whatever the loss that you are going through, I assure you - it's not permanent and you can beat this by rebuilding from the scratch. Hold on to your ropes of hope and stay strong!

Leadership is not about passing orders to the team or trying to save your own seat. Leadership is about being on the frontline against any challenge that comes on the team and taking the first bullet to save your team.

It's alright to give credit to the posts that you copy and paste in your timeline. When you cannot write it by your own self, you should have the courtesy to quote or credit the person who is the original owner of the content at least. Content is not easy to write or make.

Also, don't get offended. It's not about me or anyone else trying to get the fame ticket. It's about you showing the courage and transperancy of the content that you have copied from. Be genuinely interested to show courtesy and don't take it on your heart.
