What does an Elephant do when his mobile phone runs out of balance?

He does a trunk call!

Feeling drained
Spent and stressed
With boxes and trunks
Lying all around
Not wanting to fuss
Exhausted I persist.

Somewhere between
The evening and the night
Hanging on to my sanity
I say to myself,
“Just a little more,
One more box!"

Dying for some rest
I tried so hard to resist
To shake my head and say no,
My brain is drained and 
Physically exhausted
With a knackered knee
Finally...I give in.

The end isn't necessary
for new beginnings
so long as they branch out
from the same trunk
anchored to our
authentic origins.

The amusing smell of the tall brown trunk with the loud chirpings of the feathered creature calmed the frustated soul making it feel alive.
