You get two kinds of news
On the same day
The first one makes you sad...
You cry,
And are overwhelmed with emotions...
You are trying to recover,
Thinking about consequences,
You receive the good one next!
Yet you are unable to express the happiness!
For your prior emotions have taken over,
You live the moment
Cry
Talk to your soul sister,
A silent companion, who is there for you.
And then,
You accept the way it is.
You move forward
And then realise,
The good news was waiting,
Just at the door, knocking for you
You feel calmness..
No emotions for a moment.
And then accept happiness,
To feel blissful
Life presents you with constructive as well as destructive options
But the one who stays still
Is the one, with strongest will!!!

Stillness is initiation to step into conscious presence with sheer observation.

A still mind can read happiness more clearly, and see it more often.

Two ships stood side by side. It was time for their voyage. But violent storms were approaching. One stood still in the harbour anchored to it's fear and the other stood with a still mind against the wind in midst of the sea.

As storms passed by,
both the ships were able to see the clear sky after the storms.

Difference was that the one at the harbour was still standing and other had already started for it's next adventure.

Still minds can't be influenced easily...
Even if they get, it's only for a very short period and within no time they get back to their original effortless "Joyful state"...
Nothing matters to them other than just being in the moment...
