In his sleetful night,
She slipped into,
Her sleazy skin....
For him, she was slinking,
But she was slick,
For she knew,
She would be,
His last slime..!-
A lone tree
Standing against turbulent
Winds, rain, sleet,
Offers hope; unconditionally.-
"All abode: Part 2"
After creating much hype about snow with my daughter for two days, she was practically jumping up and down, waiting on the windows and staring (glaring) at me because she couldn't see any outside.
Just like the weather forecast in Chennai, when we were expecting snow here, the sun shone well yesterday. I didn't expect her to be that disappointed, but she is a mystery, what can I say?
So this week's forecast says that there are three days of possibilities for snowfall. But any sane mom would know not to mention it after that death stare from her disappointed daughter. So I'm going to wait alone for the snow, and not tell her about it.
The funniest fact is that I was burning hot for the last two nights, and I had a dream the day before yesterday. I stood under the fluffy snow with you, and the London felt warm suddenly, for the very first time.
....it wasn't London which turned warm, but my heart on holding your hands after a long time. My heart might have forgotten how it really feels to hold you close, so it swell up. But that's okay, it's fine by me.
Love,
Sahana.-
As frost on bare branches glimmer
in winter's cold, a sleet smile breaks
through the warmth dancing in the
air with the sound of jiggle bells playing-
