Good Governance is not that in
pen and paper,
To maintain law and order,
Fruits of development should reach the poorest of the poor.
A government whose policies are transparent,
Which is responsive and accountable for the doing,
Which is participatory also effective and efficient ,
Who follows the rule of law and consensus oriented,
Whose schemes are equitable and inclusive ,
That a government can deliver good governance in its people's perspective.
