Prostration (sajda) on seven bones
1. Forehead and the nose (related 1 organ)
2.The Hands (not elbow) 🙌532 bukhari
3.The knees
4.The feet (i. e toes)
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا مجھے سات اعضاء پر سجدہ کرنے کا حکم ہوا ہے۔ پیشانی پر اور اپنے ہاتھ سے ناک کی طرف اشارہ کیا اور دونوں ہاتھ اور دونوں گھٹنے اور دونوں پاؤں کی انگلیوں پر۔ اس طرح کہ ہم نہ کپڑے سمیٹیں نہ بال۔

Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet said, I have been ordered to prostrate on seven bones i.e. on the forehead along with the tip of the nose and the Prophet pointed towards his nose, both hands, both knees and the toes of both feet and not to gather the clothes or the hair.

DECEPTION

Though It May Be Unessential To The Imagination,
I am Sorry But I Have To Carry This Conversation.
Something That Made Me So Afraid
I Went To Prostration And I prayed.
I Got The Answer I Got The Direction,
And I Severed All The Worldly Connection .
Life Is Full Of Lies and Deception ,
ALLAH Please Point Me In The Right Direction
I Yearn For Your Love and Affection,
As This Life Is Full Of Lies and Deception.

May Almighty not show her again in prostration
May Almighty not show such love with Her again
May Almighty bless me with that prostration
In which only prostrate themselves to Allah

enrouting the postive energy
from thy Lord hence the
feeling of tranquility and peace
in the sujood

See you not that to Allah prostrates whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth, and the sun, and the moon, and the stars, and the mountains, and the trees, and Ad-Dawab (moving living creatures, beasts, etc.), and many of mankind? ~~~Quran 22:18

When something is done with the intention of pleasing someone supreme, you get a divine satisfaction.
Try to prostrate and you will know what I meant.

It doesn't take thousands of prostrations to convince your Lord , A single enthusiastic prostration is sufficient!

I don't worship and pray
out of a sense of fear;
I prostrate to my Lord
in order to come near -
closer to my Source
the Sustainer of my existence;
I prostrate to my Lord
to shorten up the distance.
Prostration isn't always physical -
it can also be sincere submission;
entering into such a position
will affect my soul's condition.
Mundane thoughts can be eradicated
and there can be total concentration;
merging into the Object of worship
through the act of spiritual prostration.
