On to a fantasy trail.

Deep breathing for a short while,
And jogging for a mile.
Baking a couple of cookies,
Muffins, cupcakes and pies.
Sewing an apron or two,
Embroidering tops of yellow and blue.
Enjoying a nap of a forty winks,
Forgetting the world of reds and pinks.

I will emerge
a vampire
with its empire.

Sing; my vocal chords no longer sync,
Dance; my feet seem to be in trance,
Sleep; the wounds are hurting me deep,
Read; my mind doesn’t cooperate nor let me lead,
Write; my pen lost its art of emitting wit.
I am too tired to fight; opponents are not worth it.
