Dear Preeti Shenoy,
-
Life is what you make it,
What’s the point if you
willingly fake it?-
You are one of my favorite writer.
I don't know how to express my happiness or love or devotion to you.. Your novels touched my heart so badly that sometimes I think my spouse should have a character of your female lead's of your stories. "Life is what you make it" was the first novel which I read in my life in year 2012, and that formed a beautiful habit of reading the books, I am really indebted to you. At present I am not reading you novels, it's not that I dislike your novels and you, it's because, when I read your novel, I am in the fantasy world and it will be with me for few days , the characters, their problems and their romance, their talks etc. . So, I am collecting those novels, and I will read it with my spouse...
Mam, if I could get a chance of directing a movie, I will definitely make your novel into a movie, if you give permission,..
Wish you write more and more novels, and make the life of people colorful..-
My reading journey, started with one of your works. Your love with words, is just awe. You made me believe the famous saying, the journey of your lifetime starts with the turning of a page. Sending lots of love..

After reading the novel, "The Secret Wishlist", by Preeti Shenoi, I got inspired by the character Diksha, where she writes all her wishes and fulfills it. At the end of her last wish in the list, her life changed completely. I too prepared my secret wishlist and it's increasing each time with situations. A few wishes got fulfilled by nature's miracle and a few I myself got motivated after writing. But the wish list is increasing each time with situations. It only started, don't know when it will end. This is also identifying our human tendency, where a human has infinite wishes.

Once you know what direction to take, finding the path to it becomes easy

We know that "It happens for a reason",
We should accept that "It's all in the planets",
We'll always admire "The Secret Wish List",
We'll have a place for "Tea for two and a piece of cake",
We'll always count on "A Hundred Little Flames", and
"34 bubblegum and candies",
We'll have curiosity for "Life is what you make it",
We'll always cherish "The one you cannot have",
We'll have a thought for "Wake up, life is calling",
We'll just "Love a Little Stronger".
Thank you.-
Looking ahead into the future,
a void stares back,
occasionally decorated by specks
of people who seem to matter,
whom you seem to need
till they let you down.
Then you are back to the beginning
where the void still stares back,
suspended, devoid, untouched by time,
unaffected by the specks,
now long forgotten,
not even a trace of memory remains.
All that exists is the void
still staring back.-
