हमारे मोहल्ले में आओ , स्वागत है तुम्हारा।
पर हमारे मोहल्ले में आकर अपनी
आलीशान गाड़ी की धाक जमाना चाहते हो,
ऐसा तो नहीं हो सकता ।

माना कि चौड़ी , चिकनी सड़को पे तुम
हमारी साईकल से आगे निकल जाओ।

पर उन गलीयों में क्या करोगे ,
जिनका हर एक गढ्ढा हमें रोज़ाना सलाम करता है।
