Well i dont know what to tell ya fellow poet. That's the part about being a man. You do something you love even if doing something annoying is in the process. It's not mandatory. It's the way of thinking. Neuroplasticity, it's to change the way of thinking. Basically changing the way of thought process and how you thought before when it was not developed. Neuroplasticity is that process.

Every time we learn a new fact, a new skill, every time we give a new response; our brain changes.. this is Neuroplasticity! And this is true for adult brains too.. so don’t stop 🛑 learning

This is our Power of Mind and it's adaptability, known as Neuroplasticity.

Sad part is, people without Disability, CREATE Disability and Diseases, with thoughts & actions, and even find it difficult to adapt, hence, keep suffering.

If habits can be developed,
changed or stopped,
so can the brain be moulded;
the process being similar.

It is an escape route we always
find useful when we don't want
to change the current comfortable
setting of our brain. 'I don't
understand' is the stance we take
before we actually know our
capability. Brain plasticity, commonly
used as neuroplasticity is the
general ability of the brain to
change & adapt to a new experience.
