Should we always follow the legacy in an organization or modify and upgrade it time to time ?
I think we should follow the legacy but along with it there's dire need of upgradation and modification in it and make it elastic so that more people not only from the previous or old generation but also the upcoming new generation could also connect with this organisation and dedicate on their part. In an organisation, it's useless if it can't connect with much wider participants or get diversified viewpoint people in it. So, with respect to their views also the organization should follow the legacy with an elastic approach of modification and upgradation in it.
