/Less Loneliness/
Loneliness creeps inside my room
It's crawling towards me
I tell it, I have no energy-you can assume
I'm tired enough to run or hide or scream.
I sometimes wish you had a life,
You are so lifeless
I wish, meeting you wasn't such an edge of a knife.
If you'd been lively- or even timeless
We'd look through the window together,
Or I'd even look upon you
But you have no form, rather
I can just feel you-
Helplessly; When my phone has died
And my mind fills with guilt
I shall abide
All the walls I've built.
I'd tear them apart, only
If I could feel less lonely.

As if it's just a formality

I'm tired of hearing the lie daily.

I feel like a caged beast
Wrapped in chains of delusions
They feed me lies, and throw me a feast
Of their fake and fickle illusions

I fall prey to the world's false appreciation
Every time, the same mistake
Jumping one high to another- but I'm not really special
I feel like I'm just fake

I went through the webs and webs to feel better
Never been applauded for being so average
I show off I'm a go- getter
Now I'm stuck, I am a hostage

Like a joker in the circus of reality,
I only feel like a queen when I'm off to imaginary.

Thinking about it, eating a corn cob
The last piece of the brilliant dress
You were longing for in all ways

Yearning for ink to write fables

Couldn't find a way
Wandering like a ghost
Will I ever get away-
From the darkest woods
To some enchanted space
Then I thought that I could
Make home in this place

Like we used to by the fireplace
While the winters grew cold and plain

I can capture the pictures
Of the calm cool weather
I could capture the chirp
Of the birds singing together
I could even play some music
For more melody to scatter
But alas, I couldn't capture
The feeling; so I lived it.
