कल तक जो आयना मुजे देखके खिल उठता था,
वो आज मुजे देखकर मुर्झा बैठा ;
कल तक जो बच्चे दी दी केहके प्यार बरसातें थे,
वो आज मुज पे पत्थर की बारिश करने लगें ;
लोगों की जालिम नजरें ऐसे देखती हैं
जैसे मुझमें कोई भूत देख लिया,
जैसे कि तुम्हारे गुनाह की सजा मुझे देते रहे ;
मगज के तुम अपाहिज थे, और देखो
सरकार ने मुजे अपाहिज ज़ाहिर कर दिया ;
आख़िर गुनाह खुदा ने किया मुझे खुबसुरती देके,
या तुम्हें ये दो आँखे देके,
गलती मेरी हो गई जो इनकार किया मैंने,
शायद संविधान पढ़ने में ग़लती कर दीं मैंने,
साबित कर दी तुमने मर्दानगी कुछ पल में ही,
मुझे साबित करनी रही, उम्र भर !!!!

Now doth depicts..hatred.. lies..and emptiness..

Dreams that built a hundred castles..
Are now shattered into a million pieces..

Thoughts that once ignited the flames of happiness.. Now just burns in mere silence..

Games tossed upon..suffocating an emotional side.. Strangling with tags.. Slaughtering a part of me..

There I see..within me... Somewhere..
In the deep dark corners I observe..
A scar..

A regret still healing.. But the scar that'll remain for a lifetime..

Reflection..illusion of life.. Or a part of reality..?
