Dear writers community...
World is full of sorrow, pain grief ,stress, depression and the like and we as special beings are gifted with natural elements to tame them and to discover solutions.But time and again we witness sucides and that has become a norm, a bypass to escape.We all know that moving away doesnt help and leads to further complications and is not a solution, as life is a natural gift and we are here to live it whatever may be circumstances and conditions.I feel a responsibility that if any one of us or the people who are attached to us is suffering from mental trauma i mean depression, he/ she should share the same to his/her close associates who on their part should help them as a sacred duty, so that a healthy solutions comes out. I think this will help us to eradicate such depressive elements that had crept in the mental health of our society...

a lot of problems, but on the other hand
it has also given me some people who have always taught me how to fight with those problems & live strong.
