1)Manage your time and energy
2)Create a list of why you have to do what you have/want to do.
But there can be one important why and
keep reminders to remind yourself that.
3)Make a list of what to do and allocate appropriate time. And then get up and do it every day.-
Speaking with someone to make them understand that arguing and speaking unnecessarily won't do anything good and then having my energy drain telling me that my words can do good to the world but keeping my energy in check can do better for me for sure. The highlight of my today or rather I say the first one of 2024.
PS: Knowing something and yet getting the same thing as a reminder makes me human.

Conserve your energy whenever you feel like you are wasting it in something from which you will just get exhaustion. Introspect daily to find such channels which are draining them, tap them off and save the energy for bigger aims of self development and growth.
