Knowing my certain patterns is like knowing a certain downward spiral agitating the emotions untouched, feelings of helplessness and despair and then bringing them to surface with such an unbelievable speed and intensity that the only thing I see in its wake is the destruction. Each time I start rebuiliding I go over the same process over and over again. Moving,not moving!
