I just hate being vulnerable
I am not pessimistic
I just don't see a light
I am not weird
I just get awkward
I am not unreal
I just find pretending easy
I am not cynic
I just think life is unfair
I am not unromantic
I just want it to last forever
I am not an alcoholic
I just deal better with it
I am not escaping
I am just eloping
I am not a monster
I just don't shed tears
I am not unemotional
I am just weak
I am not unavailable
I am just stuck!

The neon Lights are so tuned
With the night's darkness
For it exposes the vulgarity
Of night life in a cynical Beauty...

Some pages of life
are messed up to
such an extent
that they obstruct
us badly in scribbling
even a single
new line of optimism.

The mentality of
people has forced me
to despise them
and become misanthrope.

I cling to hopes of different kinds --
warm and vivid, limpid but grey,
fastened in the feathers of delusions;
leading me to a trail of psychotic upshots,
such episodes induce me gradually
to start falling in reversal;
accompanied with the leaflets
of scepticism and nihility,
I lose all my hopes every time;
becoming a meal well-parched
in the brute batter of cynicism,
I whine at all the possible positivities.
Ah! and that's all because of what I am --
a pessimist!

cynical about love, vexed at role plays,
they stapled wings to their bones; drowning into an eternal nemesis,
hardly did they realize,
with wings so drenched, they could never fly.

SURVIVAL
When will we ever live?
When all we care about is, surviving.
Why are we trying to survive?
When we never try, to live.
Is this world, meant to live or to survive?
What was the human history doing, surviving? or living?
Sould I despise Darwin?
'Survival of the fittest'
He made that into an open secret.
Should I despise the Deity more!
For that is the truth too.

Do the babies wail to
Live or to survive?
Our upgraded lives to
Live or to survive?
In this survival strategy
Animals are far better;
In their food chain
Hunting their own species
Is rare.

The funniest of all is the truth!
To live, one must survive.
Our survival, where is it headed to?
With degrading values,
Isn't it making one more selfish!
Survival, as the law of this world
For one to flourish
Someone, somewhere has to perish.
Survival to us is,
"I am happy until it's not My Turn."

For once
To not be someone's absinthe
To not pass
In another's thoughts wishfully
Wistfully
But to be a part of right now
Every single day
Till eternity

Her tears
that flowed
like a silent rivulet
of unrequitedness,
seeked shelter
like lost stardust,
searching for their own orbit
to call home.

The unshed tears
were more cynical.

As you sit next to me, I wonder that how can God make such creepy creatures.
