To dwell in one's true nature or Buddha Nature is Real Meditation.

Unperturbed he sits
Serene he looks
Clouds of happiness and sorrow
Just come and go
He is a human who transcended the Gods
He gave up everything humans aspire for
But became everything we can't even dream of

The Hidden Veil

Who would have imagined
that we each have a hidden veil?
The causes of the past
bundled up as karma
has the power
to hamper our perception.
With such a shaky foundation
we tend to make
shoddy judgements.

Yet, in breaking through
such impediments,
we see the sun of wisdom shining.
