ये रंग जचता नहीं तुझपे,
रंग तेरा सावला है,
इतने में ही मेरा सहमा मन बोला,
मैंने रंगों को चुना है,
रंगों ने मुझे नहीं,
सावली हूँ ,
मैं श्वेत रंग पर कहर ढाती हूँ,
राधा सी गोरी नहीं,
मैं श्याम रंग में रंग जाती हूँ,
दूध सी गोरी नहीं,
मैं चाय सी महक जाती हूँ,
सावली हूँ,
मैं श्वेत रंग पर कहर ढाती हूँ,
रूठने पर,
बिजली सी चमकती नहीं,
मैं बादलों सी बरस जाती हूँ,
चाँद नहीं,
मैं चाँद पर दाग सी सज जाती हूँ,
सावली हूँ,
मैं श्वेत रंग पर कहर ढाती हूँ।

इस रंग बदलती दुनिया में...
मैं सावली सी कहलाती हूँ,
चारों ओर गोरे रंग की हुकूमत देख...
सहम सी जाती हूँ..!!

सादगी भी है थोड़ी सी

a comma or apostrophe..
She showed the world
that beauty doesn't lie
on black or white
Beauty is the way you
think and sight.

a serene to eyes.
