My 3 ways to wake up....
1) Five second rule - count 5,4,3,2,1...and boom just leave the bed.
It has a psychological effect on us. The simple reason they use it in races and competitive games.
2) Sleep on a considerably fix time.
3) Deciding in advance what will you do when you wake up. E.g. for running have your shoes and socks ready at night 😁.
A mixture of all three works for me...

a. That it doesn't take a fortune to be happy,
b. Loosing important people can sometimes ruin your entire life,
c. Living life in the moment can give you all that life has to offer,
d. And that addictions shall never be underestimated.
