किरण बनकर आसमान में चमकी,
फूलों की खुशबू में जीवन भर महकी,
लेकर बैठी दिये की लौ में टाट और सियाही,
जिसे रोग समझ, तिरस्कृत करे स्त्रियां सारी,
देखो कैसे लाल बती की निकली उसकी सवारी,
पूरे नगर की बनी उच्च अधिकारी ये नारी।।

Administrative services

"Service to mankind is service to God",
Taking this oath they fight against fraud.
Administrative services are not so easy,
Officers have to work even if they feel queasy.
May be of district or in state level,
Every service is remarkable.
Working for public is their duty,
They work for the humanity.
"Unity is excellence at work",
This promise an IPS can't break.
Leaving behind own happiness & peace,
They work in every crisis.
To give the poor their rights,
They have faced many fights.
Administrative services are too tough,
One should be dedicated & brave enough.

People from different career fields take up election candidacy and get votes by assuring "Service to People," but becoming valid a Legislator requires knowledge of Law, a diplomatic mind, and political will.

Constitution already provides for "Administrative Pillar" to serve people, only if policies are framed by politically correct legislators.

A boss who is undeserving of respect uses insanity to run their administration.

In an atmosphere of prayerlessness the mundaness of the administrative aspects of Church and ministry is accentuated, so much so that clergy and laity both notice it.
