रोज हिन्दू बहन बेटियो का रेप, मर्डर, उत्पीडन, लव जिहाद आदि जैसे मामले होते है पर सड़क पर कोई नही उतरता है।
लेकिन इत्तेफाक से एक बार इन जिहादियों के साथ अगर हो जाये (जो कि वे खुद करते है) उदाहरण: कठुआ रेप, तो वे सारे देश मे आगजनी मचा देते है।
तुम सब जबतक उनकी तरह सड़को पर उतरकर इन जिहादियों का और बलात्कारियों का सर्वनाश नही करोगे तबतक ये देश तरक्की नही कर सकता।

There are two style in which you can practice.
1. Turtle style - Slow clock count (each posture 5 sec)
