"MY ENCOUNTER WITH AN UNKNOWN"
CHAPTER 10
The days passed away and something was left unknown in the "sands of time".
Old friends were replaced by new faces.
"Life goes on irrespective of what is happening around us that is the beauty of life, it never stops. Life is full of surprises, you never know what is going to happen next. We can just predict but we cannot jump into our future and see what is going to happen next. Time-machine concept is still a theory."
It had been almost a year, I hadn't met Pritak. I had no information or news about him. Though I remember those golden lines he told me while leaving that he would often come with his parents to meet me.
One fine evening, I was playing with my neighborhood friends just in front of my quarter. While playing I heard my name called by a familiar voice, I turned around and saw Pritak along with his parents standing at my quarter's gate. They had come on a scooter. At that very moment everything around me appeared blur except my friend,Pritak who was looking taller than before and I ran to him and was struggling to gasp for breath.

Spoiled and arranged
After her marriage, Mitali was treated quite badly at her law's. She was scolded without any reason which made her cry. One thing was there, she didn't stop. When her law's came to know about it, they got a thought of educating her and they did that. She took a job as a teacher after graduation and gradually became a high school teacher. After the spoiled days, she at last got some arranged ones. But even now she was scolded without any reason or for small things till the time she spoke up and became an awesome teacher-

... Nothing new had happened in life. Next morning she got up on time knowing that no one was to surprise her by dropping her to college. She was all set for her vivas. The day had began on a very boring note and would remain gloomy was also known. She got the same table for her practicals, that same window table from where she was being stared yesterday. All the yester memories were making her more sad. She gave her vivas and left from college as if she didn't know anyone in the college. She reached home and spent the entire day alone. In the evening she got a call from one of her school friend named Ravi and asked her to meet up at the cafe near her apartment. She was not in mood to go but because he had insisted a lot she had to go. She was very casually dressed and had no excitement to meet him. They were recalling early school days, laughing and giggling. This meet was like an oasis in the deserted day. Ravi was a mimic since school days and the cafe table became his stage for mimicking their school professors. She laughed as much as she had not laughed in the past decade. She was glad that she had met Ravi that night. He walked till her apartment.....-

As I picked up the call, all I could hear was cough. He said he was vomiting blood. We started running towards the house. His alcohol was prohibited. This massive vomiting could only happen if he had had some alcohol. We went back. I saw him crawling towards the door. His T-shirt had turned red. Avinash called the ambulance. This had been the second emergency. Dad fainted before the ambulance came. They took dad to the hospital. I and avinash packed dad's clothes and left in the car. As we reached there I called khurana uncle. The doctor checked dad. Doctor emphasized for admitting dad in the hospital. I agreed. I signed all the documents. Doctor told me there was fresh alcohol detected in his blood. And now we knew the reason of his health. I knew dad wouldn't agree to stay in the hospital for long. I went back home to cook his breakfast. By the time I came back to the hospital, he had resumed his conscious. I gave him the breakfast. Then I asked that why was it so important for him to have alcohol. why are you behaving like a child dad? Why are you troubling me dad? Please stop. He replied "I know more than I being your dad, you have taken care instead.But.......-

'Faces'
Madhu wasn't sure about Aditya's behaviour so she went behind him to his cabin. Before she could enter, she saw someone else entering his cabin. She stood near the door.
"So finally my time is over. I lived a life & now i have to start over right from the first. Do you have any job for me, anywhere which will suit me?" requested Aditya to that person.
On hearing Aditya having conversation about survival,she decided to go & talk. The moment when Madhu tried to enter. She heard laughing sound from cabin. It was Aditya & he said,"So Dinesh how was my acting infront of the world & employees? Did I do well?"
Dinesh replied,"Sir no one can beat your acting level. But Sir,what about the payment you made to employees?" Aditya laughed and said,"Well that,do you really think that these idiots will get their payments. They will get only 10% of their salary"
Madhu was shocked to hear this. Before she could react, Aditya called her by saying, "I know Madhu,you are right at the door. Come in,girl. You can't run"
Madhu entered slowly. He said, "Since you heard all. Don't try to act smart & tell this to anyone. Because if you do,I can demolish you without any proof & identity."-
