एक ख्वाब मुकम्मल हो गया,
एक ख्वाब बनने से पहले छूट गया,
गैरों को मनाने चले थे हम,
अपनों से नाता तोड़ चले हम,
दो मसले हल कभी ना हुए,
ना नींद पूरी ना ख्वाब पूरे हुए,
बचा है कर्ज, वजूद खत्म हो गया,
कर्ज भरते-भरते सूद खत्म हो गया,
अपनी मर्जी का कुछ नहीं मिलता,
भागते हैं दौड़ में इनाम नहीं मिलता,
खुद को मुकम्मल कैसे समझें जिंदगी,
रोज नये ख्वाब सजाती है ये जिंदगी,
अजब सी होड़ है ख्वाब और जिंदगी में,
ख्वाब पूरे ना हुए, अधूरापन है जिंदगी में..
