Chuppi huyi ladai

Aasaan hota hai kehna – “sab theek ho jayega”,
Par jab aansu rukte nahi, dil chup-chup ke rota hai.
Sochte-sochte dimaag thak sa jaata hai,
Panic aur anxiety mein saans ka raasta bhi tham jaata hai.

Khalipan ka bojh dil ko dabaata hai,
Bechaini har pal saaya ban saath nibhaata hai.
Apne andar ke toofan ko kaise roke,
Aur ye raaz dil ke kisi se kaise khole?

Agle din jhooti muskaan sajaani padti hai,
Jaise kuch hua hi nahi, baat chhupani padti hai.
Par ek din… wahi jhooti muskaan roshni ban jaayegi,
Aur jo dil toota tha… wahi kisi ka sahara ban jaayegi.
Tab samajh aayega… kehna aasaan hota hai,
Par toot ke… apne hi bikhre tukdon se phir se jeena… kabhi bhi aasaan nahi hota.

She thinks in thunder, soft and low,
A storm inside she doesn’t show.
Each word you speak, she breaks apart,
It echoes deep within her heart.

Not by choice—her thoughts run deep,
Past echoes haunt her even in sleep.
She’s not too much, just deeply scarred,
By battles fought when life was hard.

You shout, she flinches, hides the ache,
Behind a smile she has to fake.
But still she rises, calm and bright—
A fragile soul with fearless light.
She overthinks, but still she stands,
With quiet strength in shaking hands.

She: No… I just stopped bending for those who never stayed when I broke. 💔

He: So you’re done?
She: I’m done chasing echoes in empty space.
I gave you love — you gave me pride.
I showed you wounds — you turned aside.
I whispered pain — you raised your voice.
And left me standing without a choice.

So now,
I love in silence. I guard my peace.
What once was war has found release.
Being soft in hands that never held,
Felt like screaming where no one dwelled.

And so I learned —
even the warmest hearts grow cold,
when they’re left out in the cold too long to hold.

Kabhi khud ke liye bhi khush hua kar.
Jo sabka dil sambhalti hai tu,
Zara apne dil ka bhi khayal rakha kar.
Voh apno se umeed rakti hai tu,
Kabhi khud pe bhi thoda bharosa rakh liya kar.
