Read a word in a book

கண் மூடி நின்றேன்
ஏதும் வேறாகவில்லை
ஆயினும் உன் நினைவு
ஆழ்ந்ந ஆழி போன்ற
உன் விழியில்
பட்டுத் தெறிக்கும் ஒளிக்கதிராகி
என் மனத்திரையில்
மின்னலாய் வெட்டிச் செல்கிறது.

நெஞ்சின் துளையை
அடைக்க முற்பட்டேன்
இன்னொரு வரியைத் தீட்டி
அடைக்கும் முன்னே
நெஞ்சம் இசைத்தது
சுவரம் ஒன்றை மீட்டு...

பேதங்கள் பெயரிழந்து
ஒற்றுமை காலம்
தாண்டி நின்றிருக்கும்.

Have a crush upon me?
Or is it the other way round?
Is my pen not ready to
Spill the words,
Due to its shyness?
Or is it the other way round?

தன் இனத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர்களுக்கு
தானே ஆபத்தாய் விளங்க
பயத்தை ஆயுதமாக்கி
அழிவின் பிறப்பிடமானான்!
அழிவில் பெருமிதமும் கொண்டான்!

मरती है?

तन्हाई की आग से
सूख ही गयी।
और एक ही आख़िरी भून्ध
बची है,
प्यार का।
जिससे अपनी दिल और
न किसी की दिल को
भर पायी हूँ।
