Grief, pain, heartbreak, loss, sadness, sympathy and empathy... cannot be measured with the amount of tears shed or the expression a face holds.

There are countless people out there who have had faced tragedy, loss, humiliation, violation...etc, and were too numb to even react to it... & then pulled themselves up again...put on a brave smile or even a straight face and kept it going.

We can be sympathetic or empathetic towards other's misery...without wailing.

And that my friend...is Courage.
Never judge. Looks can be deceptive.

Quite often we tend to avoid doing something or remembering something or taking initiative for something because of the underlying fear of it's results being hurtful...or due to the past experiences which were painful.
We are afraid of being hurt again or are still haunted by the past. That's natural and basic human instinct.

But we need to get past it...move on in life...and for that we should come to terms with the fact that is:

Hurting is a feeling. Having feelings means you are living. And isn't it good to be alive?
...... It is. It will always be.

We should treat those we love as if we are not guaranteed tomorrow with them...because we aren't.

Be kind. Everything is uncertain. Fate takes turn in a blink of an eye.
Each day...Every single minute...counts.

The person with whom you have your major and true interactions is - "YOURSELF".
All the choices and decisions we make are all based on the interaction we silently have with ourselves.
'Thinking', 'Self-introspection', 'dilemma & debate'...all these on which our mind keeps jiggling proves it.

So, make this interaction a worthy one. Feed your mind and heart with clean, unbiased, kind, compassionate and sensible thoughts... So that the outcome is fruitful and life-surging...for you and your surroundings.

As it is always said- "Change begins from within."
