The first horn blew, the fire was red,
With hail and blood, it rained and spread.
A third of the earth was burned and dead,
Just like the Bible clearly said.

The angel came and blew with might,
The sky went dark, it lost its light.
The people screamed and shook with fright,
For God had come to judge what's right.

Repent today, don’t wait too late,
The door will close, so know your fate.
The Lord will come through Heaven’s gate,
Be found in Him before that date.

20 APR AT 6:45

Jesus rose, the battle's won,
Defeating death, the fight is done.
He broke the chains, the curses gone,
In Him, new life has just begun.

Behold, he has risen, the grave could not hold,
Rejoice, He resurrected, his glory unfolds,
The stone rolled aside, just as foretold,
He held the key, from death's dark hold.

I lift the banner, His name I crave,
My God has conquered the silent grave.
My Redeemer lives, His love will save,
He rose in power, so bold, so brave.

He walks through the days, lost in the past,
Chasing memories that never seem to last.
His heart holds on, though she's gone so fast,
Stuck in the silence, a love that's cast.

Saturday feels so calm and still,
The world is quiet, the air feels chill.
Jesus died upon the hill,
But God's great plan is happening still.

No crowds are near, no voices loud,
The sky is dark with heavy cloud.
His body lies beneath a shroud,
But hope will rise, though not yet proud.

Like Jonah in the fish so wide,
Like Joseph when he was denied,
Like Daniel with the beasts inside,
God stayed with them, and will provide.

18 APR AT 9:54

Jesus was taken late that night,
He didn’t run, nor show a fight.
They beat Him hard, His skin torn tight,
With crown of thorns, a painful sight.

"Father, forgive them," He softly said,
As blood and sweat around Him spread.
He prayed for those who struck His head,
Still full of love, though nearly dead.

"Today you'll be with Me," He told the man,
Who asked for mercy in God’s plan.
Through pain and nails, He still began
To show His grace since time began.

"Woman, here is your son," He cried,
To Mary standing near His side.
"My God, why leave Me?" loud He sighed,
As earth grew dark and angels cried.

"I thirst," He gasped with heavy breath,
As silence wrapped the scene of death.
"It is finished," with His final strength,
He spoke of love that knew no length.

"Father, I give You My soul today,"
He bowed His head and passed away.
For every sin, He chose to pay,
A sacrifice that still lights our way.

17 APR AT 9:38

They judged Him though He did no wrong,
He stayed so brave, He stayed so strong.
They hit Him hard all day long,
And mocked Him with a cruel song.

We hurt Him when we turn away,
Ignore His word and choose our way.
We speak of love but rarely pray,
And break His heart day after day.

He took our wounds to make us right,
He prayed for them that awful night.
When we do wrong and turn away,
He gave His life to light our way.

16 APR AT 12:12

He sold his friend with greedy eye,
For silver coins, he told a lie.
He kissed the Lord, then said goodbye,
And left the Truth to watch Him die.

Do we still trade our Lord today,
For things that tempt and lead astray?
For comfort, pride, or earthly pay,
How often do we look away?

Judas fell, but Peter cried
The thief believed as he had died.
The woman wept and did not hide
Zacchaeus changed, sanctified and testified.

15 APR AT 23:27

If it is God’s will, it will be,
No storm or wall can stop the sea.
His plans are strong, His hands hold me,
In His time, He’ll set me free.

Though I may wait or walk through pain,
His purpose never comes in vain.
The sun will shine after the rain,
He brings new life from loss and gain.

Like Joseph thrown, yet rose so high,
Like Moses led though he asked why.
Like Esther brave, though death was nigh,
God’s will was done—they did not die.

12 APR AT 14:39

They broke our hearts and closed the door,
Left us in pain, bruised to the core.
They didn’t stay, they cared no more,
Just walked away and watched us pour.

But God steps in with love much more,
He lifts the weak from off the floor.
He heals the wounds, begins to restore,
And fills the cracks with grace and more.

Now we’re His jars, once bruised and sore,
But now we shine, we’re not ignored.
We carry light, we’re built to soar,
To hold His Spirit, evermore.

11 APR AT 17:19

In waiting, God brings calm and rest,
He knows our needs and gives His best.
He holds us close when we're distressed,
And helps my heart to stand the test.

I wait for God both day and night,
I know He'll come and make things right.
Though I can't see, I hold on tight,
And walk by faith, not by my sight.

Like Abraham, I trust His way,
Like David, I kneel down and pray.
Like Jesus on that darkest day,
I know God hears the words I say
