A good friend once taught me the 49:51 rule for relationship,

In a relationship, It can never be a 50-50 between two partners, it will lead to locking of horns and nasty consequences.

It needs to be a 49-51 , where in one partner's trust on the other will make them accomodate the other's legitimate dominance ,

in few things she might be a 51 and in a few he might be, that's the way to oil up a relationship and make it run smoothly.
