A baby sheep was born amidst its tribe.
The night became busy, everybody sneaking in to get a sight.
Days passed, so did a few weeks.
The lamb brought life and light.
Everyday would be a feast-
of music, of food and chatters.
The family thought, what else matters?

A perfect life and a loving family,
the lamb grew up in the company.
Just as it enjoyed the perfections
keeping everything their way.
The lamb, poor lamb
hardly had any idea that
it was to be Slaughtered one day.

You dipped me in love with your "Laila Majnu".
I was not the Laila and yet I found my Majnu, who I would, otherwise, look for on Facebook, Instagram or Tinder. My Majnu is imaginary, though. I have been looking for him everywhere for a while.

What was that reunion which was sacred than what I thought was sex and marriage would be (or in the previous order.) Not a single kiss and yet it was so complete.
