I've drowned in the
intoxication of your love,
And now, I’ve begun to
fall in love with your love itself.
Every gesture of yours
touches the depths of my soul,
Even in silence, you say
more than a thousand words.
I've started living within
the grace of your kindness,
I've begun to see you
as a part of my being,
And your smiling,
rain-kissed lips
they’ve become the
wine my soul longs to sip.

Zindagi ke har toofan ka jawab
maine sabr se diya hai.

Weaves where silent lies

Socha tha, aasman ko chhoo loon ek din,
Unchi udaanon ka khwab tha aankhon mein,
Magar udne se pehle hi pankh kaat diye gaye.
Jism toh chal raha hai be-ikhteyaar,
Par rooh...
rooh toh wahi ruk gayi hai,
Jahan se mohabbat ne pehli baar dastak di thi.

jab mohabbat chhoot jaati hai,
toh mard khud mein shamshan basa leta hai.
Na shikayat, na gila, sirf khamoshi.
Woh mard jise duniya pathar kehti hai,
andar se sirf ek masoom bacha rehta hai, jo sirf ek apni ke liye zinda tha.

आसमाँ पे चाँद पूरा था,
मगर आधा लगा.

ना पंछियों का कोई ठिकाना होता है,
ना हर डाली उनका आशियाना होती है,
ठहर तो जाते हैं किसी शाख पर,
पर हर पेड़ उनका अपना नहीं होता,
तूफ़ानों से जूझना आता है उन्हें,
मगर दर्द तो अपनों से बिछड़ने का होता है.

but inside, she's hiding a secret hunger that never sleeps.
